what is chicStreet?

chicStreet is a collection of edgy, street-wear fashion with a feminine twist. This blog is aimed towards young women, particularly college females or those who have recently graduated into the workforce, but still not satisfying that ideal 6-figure budget. A chicStreet woman cannot afford a closet full of the season’s hottest trends straight off Rodeo Drive, although that would be the ultimate fantasy. However, we splurge on those few must-have’s each season and heavily obsess over investment pieces such as Brian Atwood pumps, Proenza Schouler and Yves Saint Laurent bags, and Pamela Love jewelry… or maybe that’s just me. A chicStreet woman respects the quality and superiority of high fashion pieces, but is able to implement less costly alternatives into their wardrobe, while remaining up-to-date with the latest trends in the wonderful, wild world of fashion.
